Policy
Who we are
Caelinex Labs, based in Sangrur, Punjab, India, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, request or complaint, email support@caelinex.com. Our founder, Gunmandeep Singh, handles these personally and we aim to reply within 7 days.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, country, the service you're interested in, your existing website, project description, budget range and timeline.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing emails. We process your enquiry because you chose to send it to us; analytics runs only if you allow it.
How it's delivered
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email and, where enabled, by a WhatsApp notification. These services process the message on our behalf.
Services that handle data for us
We use a small number of trusted services, each only for the job described: an email service (Resend) to deliver enquiries; a WhatsApp notification service (Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API or CallMeBot) to alert us to new enquiries; Google Gemini for the chat assistant; Google Analytics, only if you allow it; and Cloudflare, our website hosting and security provider, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running, and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
Where your data is processed
Some of these services store or process data outside India, for example in the United States. We choose established providers that protect the data they handle for us, and we only share what each one needs.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries go straight to our team and aren't stored in a public database. Access keys for the services above are kept on the server, never in the browser, and only people working on your enquiry or project see your details. To stop the form being flooded, we count enquiries per day using a scrambled code of your email address and IP address, never the address itself; these counts delete themselves after two days.
Website assistant
The chat assistant on this site is powered by Google Gemini. Messages you type are sent to Google to generate replies and, under Google's free-tier terms, may be used by Google to improve its products. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial details in the chat — use the enquiry form instead.
Analytics
If you allow it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and whether enquiries are sent. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and we don't use session recording or heatmap tools. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Separately, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and measures page speed without cookies and without identifying you; it records the page, approximate country, browser and device type.
Fonts
The fonts on this site are served from our own domain. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service when you visit.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, deliver any project that follows and keep our business records, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account and is not linked to your enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the information you've sent us, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing support@caelinex.com. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you live in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you before it applies.
